He brings more than twenty-five years of technology and security experience across payments, banking, government, telecoms and healthcare. His expertise spans cloud architecture across AWS, Azure and GCP, identity and access management, Zero Trust, security operations and enterprise governance. He has led transformation programmes, chaired architecture review boards and advised CISOs and boards on security strategy and technology risk.
His recent work focuses on AI security and governance, including threat modelling for large language models, retrieval systems and agentic workflows. This includes designing controls for model access, policy enforcement, output assurance and human approval.
That experience shaped QVATRICS’ founding principle: every consequential AI action needs provable authority. When an AI can act, an organisation must be able to establish its authority, control the consequences and prove what happened.
